Build - From Start to Finish

Purchased BC (Before Caprice) in May 2001; Originally an east coast car, which on face-value was in great shape....unfortunately a whole different story emerged when it drove off the barge.  It's only saving grace was the paint - blackest black with a perfectly placed purple-blue highlight to accent it's lines.  Ron worked his magic, created "outside the box" and really brought out it's better side.  (Completed April 2009)
